Shipping Info

Thank you so much for all your orders and supporting our small business. 

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING!

During the Summer months I have less childcare available than normal, so I will be working slightly more sporadically! Our studio will be open every Saturday (unless otherwise stated) and I will be working throughout the week with orders shipping very Wednesday so please bear in mind if you are needing items by a specific date.

I am also unfortunately unable to undertake custom orders throughout the holidays, but we will reopen them once things get back to 'normal' at the start of September.

We aim to post all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated. An email notification will be sent to you once we have despatched your items, we tend to ship once at the beginning of the week and again at the end, with collection available from our Finnieston work/shop on Saturday's between 12-5pm. 

These are posted via Royal Mail.

All items are packaged carefully in recycled boxes or a recyclable bubble bags. They don't look the fanciest but they are the best we could find for the environment that suits our purpose.

International orders are posted as Standard Airmail unless requested otherwise.
