We always want you to be satisfied with your Bonnie Bling, however if you change your mind you can return them to us within 28 days of purchase.
Please email us first on email@example.com to let us know to expect your item and please include a note stating what you are returning, your name and order number and the reason for the return.
Your items should be unworn, returned in original packaging and wrapped safely so it doesn't get damaged in the post. You cannot return earrings or custom made items so make sure if you have any questions to ask before ordering. We are always happy to help if you are unsure of anything.
We would recommend returning via a recorded or tracked service or at very least asking for a proof of posting receipt.

It can take up to a week to process your return and sometimes up to 10 days for funds to reappear via your payment method.
We do our best to protect items from damage in transit and all should arrive with you safe and sound.
If your item becomes damaged whilst wearing we may be able to repair it. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your email. Try to send us a photograph and a description of what has happened, along with your name, email and order number.
We will then get back to you if we are able to repair it and with a price if one will be payable.
