We always want you to be satisfied with your Bonnie Bling, however if you change your mind you can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase.

Please email us first on hello@bonniebling.co.uk to let us know to expect your item and please include a note stating what you are returning, your name and order number and the reason for the return.

Your items should be unworn, returned in original packaging and wrapped safely so it doesn't get damaged in the post.

You cannot return earrings or custom made items so make sure, if you have any questions, please ask before ordering.  

I recommend returning via a recorded or tracked service or at least asking for a proof of posting receipt just to cover you incase it goes missing.

It can take up to a week to process your return and sometimes up to 10 days for funds to reappear via your payment method.

Broken item

We do our best to protect items from damage in transit and all should arrive with you safe and sound. 

If your item becomes damaged whilst wearing I may be able to repair it. Please email hello@bonniebling.co.uk  Try to send us a photograph and a description of what has happened, along with your name, email and order number.

I will then get back to you if we are able to repair it, and with a price if there will be one payable.
