With so many of us kept away from our loved ones this past year I know it has been hard for so, so many of us. Mental health has taken a nosedive for many isolated relatives, juggling parents, and so many young people.
I have always loved the words from Scottish band Frightened Rabbit, that we can each make tiny changes on earth, it's something I really believe in. Hope is something we really need more of right now more than ever and together we can get through this and help each other get to the light on the other side.
